The Educational Sciences Department, National University of Modern Languages (NUML), organized a webinar titled "Sleep Disorders and Academic Success: Examining Effects on Learning, Cognition and Performance." The webinar was held online through Google Meet on 13 April 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

The session aimed to create awareness about the impact of sleep disorders on students' learning, cognitive abilities, academic performance, and overall well-being. Experts shared insights into the importance of healthy sleep habits and discussed strategies for improving academic success through better sleep management.
